Here at Alexandra Hills Early Education we have high expectations of what quality care for our children looks like, and ultimately, our educators play a key role in providing this. Our team are positive role models, passionate, respectful educators and colleagues, nurturing and gentle and above all, able to engage with the children and encourage a thirst for learning.

Miss Mandy has been around children aged under 5 years for almost 30 years. She is the very proud Mum of five adult sons, a 16 year old daughter and is the Grandmother to a gorgeous 2 year old boy. For 20 years, Miss Mandy has been an active foster carer alongside her husband and children, and nurtured more than 45 children in her home.

She entered the early education industry about 13 years ago and started as an assistant in the Nursery. Miss Mandy proudly completed her degree as a mature aged student while working as a Director of a large centre in Coorparoo.

Miss Mandy believes in the importance of the early years and loves to share her passion and experience with children and their families. She values relationships with families and believes an important part of her role is to support and nurture our parents.

Moving to Alexandra Hills Early Education was a strategic move to live and work in the Redlands. She was motivated after meeting owner Heather and realising they shared a similar vision and passion for early education. Miss Mandy believes in privately owned centres and her vision is to create a centre filled with the happiness of childhood and a team of educators who are nurturing and responsive to each child.
